JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a reliable, friendly virtual receptionist to answer incoming calls for our home service businesses and book customers into the correct calendar.

Your main responsibility is simple: answer professionally, understand what the customer needs, collect their information, and schedule an appointment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Answer incoming calls during your scheduled shift.
• Use the correct business name when answering each phone line.
• Collect the customer’s name, phone number, service address, and requested service.
• Ask a few basic questions using our provided guidelines.
• Check availability and book into the correct contractor’s calendar.
• Add clear notes so the contractor knows what the customer needs.
• Confirm the appointment date and time with the customer.
• Return missed calls and keep call records updated.

REQUIREMENTS
• Clear spoken English and a friendly, professional phone manner.
• Strong listening skills and accurate typing.
• Reliable attendance and availability throughout your scheduled shift.
• Comfortable using an online calendar and entering customer information.
• A computer, reliable internet, a good headset, and a quiet workspace.
• Previous receptionist, customer service, or call center experience is preferred.

You must be comfortable handling calls for multiple businesses and keeping their appointments and customer details organized.
