JOB OVERVIEW

Position Title: Virtual Real Estate Assistant
Location: Remote
Employment Type: [Full-Time / Part-Time / Contract

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Virtual Real Estate Assistant to support our growing real estate business. The ideal candidate has a strong command of the English language, proven experience in real estate support, and solid knowledge of CRM systems particularly Agent Locator.

This role requires excellent communication skills, organization, initiative, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prospecting & Cold Calling

Conduct outbound cold calls to generate leads

Follow up with new and existing prospects

Qualify leads and schedule appointments

Maintain accurate call logs and reporting

2. Client Nurturing

Manage follow-up systems for buyers and sellers

Maintain consistent communication with prospects

Update client records in CRM

Assist in converting leads into appointments and transactions

3. CRM Management (Agent Locator)

Manage and maintain database accuracy

Input and track leads and client interactions

Set reminders, workflows, and follow-up campaigns

Generate reports and monitor pipeline activity

4. Social Media Management

Create and schedule content across social media platforms

Engage with followers and respond to inquiries

Assist with branding and online presence growth

Monitor analytics and performance metrics

5. Administrative Support

Manage email and calendar scheduling

Prepare marketing materials and listing information

Assist with transaction coordination tasks

Perform additional administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant in real estate

Strong cold calling and lead generation experience

Excellent spoken and written English

Proficiency in CRM systems

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Social media marketing knowledge preferred

Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
