THE ROLE
We are hiring a detail-driven, performance-focused Photo & Video Editor who can create high-quality, engaging visual content for e-commerce campaigns.

This role is for someone who:
- Understands how visuals drive engagement and conversions (not just aesthetics)
- Can execute quickly without compromising quality
- Pays close attention to detail in editing, timing, and composition
- Can consistently deliver content under tight deadlines
If you rely on generic templates or struggle with fast turnaround—this role is not for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Edit and optimize video content for social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
- Create graphics and visual assets aligned with campaign goals
- Collaborate with the Media Buying team to produce engaging content
- Research trends and develop relevant, high-performing visual concepts
- Produce and edit content that improves engagement and performance
- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines consistently

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Experience in video editing, graphic design, or similar roles is an advantage
- Portfolio required (video editing, graphics, motion content)
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Photoshop, and Canva
- Strong understanding of social media trends and content formats
- Basic understanding of marketing and campaign visuals

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Stable internet connection (minimum 50 - 100 Mbps)
Laptop/PC with at least:
- 8GB RAM
- Intel i5 (or equivalent) or higher
- 500GB storage or higher - 1TB is preferred if available
For Mac Users:
- 8GB unified memory or more
- Apple M1 chip or newer (or Intel i5 and above)
- 512GB SSD or higher (1TB preferred)

SALARY: PHP 18,000 – PHP 23,000 per month

WORK SCHEDULE & SETUP:
- Employment Type: Contractual
- Contract Term: 6 months (renewable based on performance and business needs)
- Work Setup: Remote
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Philippine Time)
- Must have own laptop and a reliable internet connection
