JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dependable virtual assistant who can support the daily operations and growth of our short-term rental management company.

Responsibilities may include:

Checking rates, fees, discounts, and availability across Hostaway, Airbnb, Vrbo, and our direct-booking website

Building, updating, and maintaining company and property websites

Keeping branding, photos, property information, and wording consistent across all platforms

Editing and organizing property photos

Creating and scheduling social media posts, promotions, and property advertisements for the business Facebook and Instagram.

Responding to routine guest questions, booking inquiries, check-in concerns, and homeowner messages

Organizing emails, files, property information, and company tasks to reflect any issues noted by cleaners.

Assisting with new property setup, listings, descriptions, house manuals, and marketing

Researching products, vendors, services, and other business needs

Completing miscellaneous administrative and creative tasks as needed

The ideal person should be organized, responsive, creative, comfortable with technology, and able to work independently while knowing when management approval is required. Can professionally and kindly respond to guest questions and homeowners.
