JOB OVERVIEW

Odel Rentals is a U.S.-based car rental business serving gig workers (Uber, DoorDash, Instacart, Amazon Flex, etc.). We’re looking for a reliable VA to help run day-to-day operations and manage our GoHighLevel CRM.

This role touches many parts of the business, so you’ll need to be organized, quick to learn, and comfortable handling multiple tasks.

What you'll be doing:

-Phone calls with leads (MUST BE GOOD TALKING OVER THE PHONE)
-Administrative assistant managing everything
-Work and use AI a lot
-Responding to leads from ads and FaceBook marketplace
-Calling and qualifying potential renters
-Managing GoHighLevel (pipelines, automations, follow-ups)
-Handling calls, texts, and emails from active renters
-Sending payment reminders and confirming payments
-Coordinating pickups, dropoffs, and basic maintenance communication
-Logging everything in CRM and tracking sheets
-Escalating important issues to the owner

Required Skills:

-Strong GoHighLevel experience
-Confident on phone calls
-Clear English communication
-Organized and detail-oriented
-Fast response time
-Comfortable following SOPs

Bonus if you have:

-Car rental, property management, or gig-economy experience
-CRM or operations background
-FaceBook marketplace experience
