CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Phone Coverage & Check-Ins
• Answer inbound calls during assigned hours
• Document call details and outcomes
• Complete scheduled client and caregiver check-ins
• Escalate issues according to written guidelines
Attendance & Scheduling Support
• Review caregiver time punches
• Follow up on missing or incorrect punches
• Update schedules based on authorized service days
• Ensure attendance records match scheduled services
(Training provided on systems and terminology.)
Care Plan & Authorization Updates
• Track when client care plans are nearing renewal
• Upload updated care plans to shared folders
• Update internal tracking spreadsheets with authorized hours
• Ensure schedules align with approved service plans
(No prior healthcare experience required; processes are taught.)
