JOB OVERVIEW

ConcreteWorX is a growing residential concreting business based in Adelaide, South Australia. We specialise in high-quality exposed aggregate, plain concrete, coloured concrete, driveways, pathways, shed slabs and decorative finishes. We take pride in delivering quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.

We're looking for a proactive, organised and reliable Virtual Operations & Admin Assistant to become a key part of our business. This is a long-term role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and helping a busy trade business run smoothly.

Your Responsibilities

Manage emails and customer enquiries
Book quotes and organise the daily schedule
Prepare and send quotes and invoices
Follow up unpaid invoices and customer enquiries
Order materials and coordinate with suppliers
Organise job files and paperwork
Answer phone calls when required
Keep our CRM and job records up to date
Assist with social media posts and basic marketing
Help improve systems and processes as the business grows
some one who can help setup a system for admin/marketing/lead generation/website development/social media posts and videos and sone one who is keen to help in the early days
We're Looking For Someone Who:

Has excellent written and spoken English
Is highly organised and reliable
Has previous administration or virtual assistant experience
Has experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs and Sheets)
Learns quickly and pays attention to detail
Can work independently and communicate well
Construction or trade industry experience is highly regarded but not essential
