JOB OVERVIEW

Full-Time | Remote | U.S. Eastern Time (EST/EDT)

Elite Pediatrics is seeking a Virtual Medical Scribe / Medical Assistant with a medical education/background to support our Pediatricians and Family Medicine physicians.

Requirements
-Medical degree or healthcare professional (MD, RN, BSN, Medical Technologist, or equivalent).
-Previous experience as a Medical Scribe or Virtual Medical Assistant.
-Excellent spoken and written English.
-Strong medical terminology and clinical documentation skills.
-Available to work full-time during U.S. Eastern Time (EST/EDT).
-Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office.
-Preferred Qualifications
-Experience using eClinicalWorks (eCW).
-Previous experience in a U.S. pediatric clinic.
-Experience with Pediatrics and/or Family Medicine.
-Bilingual (English plus Spanish, Arabic, Polish, or other languages).
-Must reside in a location with reliable electricity and internet service, with minimal risk of hurricanes, typhoons, or frequent power outages, to ensure uninterrupted support during scheduled U.S. Eastern Time working hours.

Responsibilities
-Document patient encounters in real time.
-Complete accurate medical notes in the EHR.
-Prepare and update patient charts.
-Assist physicians with clinical documentation while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
