JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing Direct Specialty Care Podiatry practice offering high-quality, cash-pay services including regenerative medicine, shockwave therapy, and advanced pain management protocols. We are seeking a professional, reliable, and personable remote professional to serve as the first voice of our practice and the first point of contact for every patient.
This is a part-time position to start, with strong potential to grow into a full-time role as the practice expands.

Required Qualifications

Fluent English, spoken and written, with minimal accent and excellent phone presence. Fluent Spanish is a strong bonus and preferred. Prior experience answering phones in a medical office, healthcare setting, or patient-facing call center. Comfortable scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling patient inquiries with confidence. Warm, empathetic, and professional communication style. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment.

Primary Responsibilities

Answer incoming patient calls and return voicemails promptly. Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments. Handle patient inquiries regarding services, pricing, and office policies. Follow up on leads and inbound inquiries. Send appointment reminders and patient communications by phone, text, and email. Maintain accurate patient notes and records. Escalate clinical questions to the physician appropriately.

Preferred Experience

Medical receptionist or patient coordinator background. Familiarity with EMR or EHR systems. Experience in a direct-pay, concierge, wellness, or specialty healthcare setting. Knowledge of podiatry, orthopedics, or regenerative medicine is a plus.
