At least 1 year experience in customer service/call handling
Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or similar healthcare role (preferred)
Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Experience with EMR/EHR systems is a plus
Comfortable handling patient calls and medical terminology
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Ability to work independently
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from patients in a professional manner
Verify patient information and update records
Handle basic patient inquiries and route calls to the right department
Coordinate with healthcare providers and staff
Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines
