JOB OVERVIEW

NOW HIRING – Full-Time Virtual Medical Billing & Coding Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Requirements:
ECW (eClinicalWorks) experience is REQUIRED
Must be highly proficient in medical billing and coding
Knowledge of medical terminology is required
Fluent in both written and spoken English
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional workspace
HIPAA knowledge and commitment to patient confidentiality
Experience with insurance verification, claim submission, payment posting, denials, and follow-up is strongly preferred
