About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Virtual Marketing & Sales Representative, who is passionate about sales, communication, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, and networking.
* Contact property owners and introduce our property management services.
* Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into new management agreements.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners.
* Promote our services through social media and digital marketing.
* Manage leads using CRM and sales software.
* Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
* Work closely with the management team to develop new marketing strategies.

Requirements

* Excellent and confidence spoken and written English.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
* Available work on weekends for sales calls.
* Comfortable making outbound cold calls every day.
* Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or Pipedrive.
* Familiar with social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Xiaohongshu, WeChat, etc.).
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and eager to learn.
* Reliable internet connection and a professional home working environment.
* Previous experience in real estate, property management, or B2B sales is highly regarded.
