Virtual Marketing Assistant - Meta Ads, AI Content Creation, Automations and Operations

We are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis for our company: ----------

This role requires someone who is highly competent, works quickly, communicates well, and has strong experience across marketing, AI tools, automations, and general business operations.

Requirements

You must have experience with:

Running Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns
Creating ad creatives using ChatGPT, Gemini, and Nano Banana Pro 2
Editing videos and content in CapCut
Designing graphics and marketing assets in Canva
Building automations using Zapier
Creating, editing, and managing Google Sheets
Using Claude and Claude Code
General online business operations and administrative tasks

What We Are Looking For

Fast worker with strong attention to detail
Able to complete projects with quick turnaround times
Available full-time or part-time
Highly responsive on WhatsApp with an expected response time of approximately 5 minutes during working hours
Reliable and professional
Able to follow instructions and work independently

Equipment Requirements

Fast and reliable internet connection
Modern laptop or computer
Good quality microphone
Quiet working environment with no background noise during calls

Important

Experience is critical for this role. We are looking for someone who has already used the tools listed above and can contribute immediately without extensive training.
