# Virtual Marketing Assistant – GoHighLevel & Email Marketing Specialist (Remote | Philippines)

We are a fast-growing education and career coaching business helping migrants and international students secure professional jobs in Australia.

We are looking for a highly experienced **Virtual Marketing Assistant** with strong expertise in **GoHighLevel (GHL)**, email marketing, marketing automation, and online course management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building marketing systems, improving customer journeys, and creating high-converting funnels.

## Key Responsibilities

* Build and manage GoHighLevel funnels
* Create landing pages, lead magnet funnels, webinar funnels, sales funnels, application funnels, and thank-you pages
* Build and manage online courses inside GoHighLevel Memberships
* Upload videos, PDFs, quizzes, certificates, and course resources
* Create and optimize email marketing campaigns and automated sequences
* Build workflows for lead nurturing, onboarding, appointment reminders, follow-ups, re-engagement, and customer retention
* Manage CRM pipelines, opportunities, tags, custom fields, and customer journeys
* Set up calendars, forms, surveys, and booking systems
* Integrate GoHighLevel with Stripe, Zapier, ---------- , Calendly, and other marketing tools
* Support marketing campaigns and improve operational workflows
* Use AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and content workflows

* Email Marketing
