Position Overview
We are a 30 year injury law firm that is focusing on elevating our training. We are looking for a highly organized Virtual Learning & Content Assistant to support our training programs.
In this role, you’ll be given the content by trainers and team leads. We need someone to take the content and create courses in our LMS and training resources in SharePoint. You will also turn live trainings and internal information into clear, easy-to-use digital resources with the help of AI and other content authoring tools.
Key Responsibilities
Build & Manage Online Courses in our LMS
Put content given to you by trainers into an easy to follow course
Create from the content given to you:
-Quizzes and tests
-Assignments and activities
-Reading materials and resources
Keep courses up to date as training changes
Make sure courses are easy to follow and well-structured.
Create SharePoint Content
Upload content in our SharePoint platform
Create helpful articles, guides, and resources for employees based on course content
Turn live trainings into clear written content.
Keep all content consistent in style and format.
Track Training & Reports
Keep attendance records for trainings up to date
Make sure training data (enrollments, completions, etc.) is accurate.
Help organize reports and track files.
Identify and fix missing or incorrect data.
Ensure leadership has reliable, up-to-date training data.
Support Digital Content Creation
Help turn existing training into digital content.
Use tools (including AI) to create:
-Online course content
-SharePoint resources
-Short learning materials
-Check all content for accuracy and quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Clear writing and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently (remote role)
- Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- SharePoint or similar tools
- Ability to work with different teams and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
-Experience in training, learning & development, or similar work
-Familiarity with AI or content creation tools
-Experience supporting live or blended training
-Experience in legal, corporate, or professional services (a plus)
-Proficiency in PowerPoint
