JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Virtual Kitchen & Bath Designer who can independently create fast, high-quality renderings with minimal hand-holding.

We’re a busy, high-end remodeling company, and we need someone who can take basic inputs and turn them into polished visual concepts quickly.

What You’ll Do
• Create 3D kitchen & bathroom renderings from:
• Rough sketches
• Photos
• Measurements
• Basic notes
• Interpret layouts and design intent without constant clarification
• Suggest practical, buildable design solutions
• Produce:
• Perspective views
• Cabinet layouts
• Material concepts
• Optional elevations/floor plans
• Turn projects around fast

What We’re Looking For

You are someone who:
• Thinks like a designer + builder
• Doesn’t need step-by-step instructions
• Can “fill in the gaps” professionally
• Understands real-world construction limits
• Is proactive and detail-oriented

Required Skills
• Strong experience with:
• SketchUp / Chief Architect / 2020 / Revit / Blender / or similar
• Kitchen & bath design experience (not just generic 3D)
• Understanding of:
• Cabinet sizing
• Clearances
• Appliance layouts
• Plumbing locations
• Good English communication
• Reliable availability

? Bonus (Preferred, Not Required)
• U.S. residential remodeling experience
• Familiarity with NKBA guidelines
• Ability to create mood boards/material boards
• Experience working with contractors/design-build firms
