JOB OVERVIEW

Employment Type: Independent Contractor, Full-Time (40 hrs/week), Monday–Friday

Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, California / Pacific Time

Pay Rate: $3–$8/hour (approx. ₱185–₱495/hour, DOE)

We are a well-established, independent Property & Casualty insurance agency based in California, working with 50+ carriers to serve our clients. You will be working directly alongside — and representing a high-profile executive — in day-to-day communications. This is a fast-paced environment, and we need someone who can keep up and thrive under that pace.

Requirements:

At least 1–2 years of experience in personal AND commercial lines insurance (required)
High energy and a strong sense of urgency — this role moves fast
Highly independent and resourceful — able to figure things out and move forward without needing constant direction
Results-driven — focused on getting things done accurately and quickly, not just staying busy
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken — you'll be representing our executive directly
Coachable — receptive to feedback and able to adjust quickly
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable using RingCentral and Outlook
Reliable high-speed internet connection and backup power source
Familiarity with agency management systems (e.g., NowCerts, EZLynx, AMS360) a plus
Trustworthy with confidential client and financial information

Primary Responsibilities:

Quoting personal and commercial lines policies
Managing and processing renewals
Representing our executive professionally in client and partner communications
