About the Role
We’re searching for a high-caliber, full-time Virtual Executive Assistant with the versatility of a Marketing Manager, Social Media Manager, and Personal Assistant — someone who can wear multiple hats and execute flawlessly.
You’ll work directly with the CEO, supporting multiple growing companies across industries such as merchant services, cleaning, handyman, marketing, consulting, and sales operations.
This is not a basic admin role — it’s for someone who can think strategically, act independently, and move fast without sacrificing accuracy. You will coordinate key initiatives, manage brand marketing efforts, and ensure smooth operations across both professional and personal priorities.
Core Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
Manage and organize CEO’s daily calendar, appointments, and priorities.
Coordinate meetings, briefings, and follow-ups across multiple business units.
Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports.
Track and manage tasks using project-management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, etc.).
Screen, prioritize, and respond to
Conduct online research and gather information for decision-making.
Draft, proofread, and edit client-facing and internal communications.
Marketing & Social Media Management
Plan, execute, and monitor marketing strategies across multiple brands.
Run digital ad campaigns (Meta, Instagram, Google Ads).
Create and manage content calendars for all brands.
Write and schedule posts, captions, and reels with consistent brand voice.
Track KPIs, analytics, and ROI — optimize based on performance data.
Conduct competitor and market research for trend insights.
Manage
Coordinate with designers and editors to create on-brand visual content.
Business Operations & Customer Coordination
Support customer service communication and client follow-ups.
Manage CRM systems, leads, and sales tracking.
Assist with billing, invoices, and payment follow-ups.
Help coordinate vendors and contractors on operational projects.
Monitor KPIs and report key performance trends.
Personal Assistant Duties
Manage CEO’s personal calendar, family appointments, and travel.
Arrange itineraries, bookings, and accommodations.
Handle online errands, orders, and other personal matters.
Maintain strict confidentiality at all times.

Compensation & Growth
Starting Salary: $600 -$1,000 USD/month Depending on Experience
Performance Bonuses: For exceeding expectations and contributing to growth
Reviews: 6-month merit review, annual increases thereafter
