Remote | Faith-Based Brand | Female Empowerment

Are you a purpose-driven, detail-loving Virtual Assistant with a strong sense of initiative and social media savvy? ? Do you thrive in organized environments and take pride in clear communication, professional follow-through, and supporting women-centered brands?

Saturne Healing House is expanding! We’re seeking a faith-aligned VA to support our growing coaching and digital brand as we empower women to rebuild their confidence after divorce.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
?? Managing business inboxes with grace, professionalism, and clarity
?? Engaging with comments + ---------- across Instagram and Facebook using our brand voice
?? Answering calls from our business line in a warm, professional tone
?? Scheduling appointments using Calendly and keeping our calendar organized
?? Creating Canva graphics using templates for social media + digital resources
?? Assisting with light admin tasks like Google Drive organization, research, and SOP documentation

What You’ll Need to Thrive:
Fluent English (written + spoken)

Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and social media engagement tools

Familiarity with Gmail, Canva, Google Drive, Zoom, Calendly

A quiet, reliable work environment + fast Wi-Fi

Initiative, integrity, and a heart for healing and helping women

Bonus If You Have:
Experience working with coaches, content creators, or faith-based brands

An eye for visual design or content planning

A strong ability to pick up new tools + processes quickly
