# Virtual Enrollment & CRM Coordinator — Remote (Full-Time)

Atlas Immersion Academy is a multi-campus early childhood language immersion school in the Portland, Oregon area, offering French, Spanish, and Mandarin programs to families across five campuses. We're looking for a detail-oriented, personable virtual team member to manage our CRM and be the friendly first point of contact for prospective families reaching out through our website chatbot and incoming calls.

**What you'll do:**
- Respond promptly and professionally to website chatbot conversations and inbound calls from prospective families
- Manage and maintain our CRM system, ensuring every lead is tracked, followed up with, and moved through our enrollment pipeline
- Answer general questions about our programs, campuses, and tuition, and confidently guide interested families toward scheduling a tour or enrolling
- Follow up consistently with warm leads — no inquiry falls through the cracks
- Collaborate with our enrollment and admissions team to keep messaging accurate and on-brand

**What we're looking for:**
- Excellent spoken and written English — clear, warm, and professional
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or lead conversion (childcare/education industry a plus, not required)
- Comfortable and confident on the phone with prospective clients
- Strong organizational habits and comfort working inside a CRM daily
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently during required hours
- Familiarity with tools like chatbots, CRM platforms, or similar systems is a bonus

**Compensation:**
This role starts at **$185/week** for the first 90 days as a ramp-up/training period. At the 90-day mark, based on performance — consistent lead follow-up, CRM accuracy, and growth in booked consultations and enrollments — base pay increases to **$200/week**.

Beyond base pay, you'll have the opportunity to earn additional income:
- **$5** for every qualified lead who shows up to a scheduled tour or consultation
- **$25 per enrolled child** who remains enrolled for 30 days
