We are a small, growing U.S. based promotional products and corporate gifts company. We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our daily operations. This is a long-term opportunity and we’re open to full-time or part-time applicants.
? Work Schedule
• Monday to Friday
• 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Los Angeles / Pacific Time)
????Salary Range
• USD $4–$6 per hour, depending on experience
Responsibilities
• Communicate with U.S. vendors via
• Request, compare, and organize vendor quotes
• Negotiate pricing when needed
• Manage calendars and schedules
• Send professional business
• Track and manage orders across the supply chain
• Ensure all projects meet required in-hands dates
Qualifications
• Strong spoken and written English (very important)
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently with deadlines
• Tech-savvy; experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) is a plus
• Prior virtual assistant or admin experience preferred
Requirements
• Personal laptop (Windows 11 or newer)
• Reliable internet connection
• Cell phone for company phone system access
• Ability to work U.S. Pacific Time hours
