JOB OVERVIEW

Brax Jewelers is a luxury fine jewelry company based in Southern California specializing in custom engagement rings, diamonds, and bridal jewelry.

We are looking for an experienced Virtual Custom Bridal Jewelry Sales Consultant based in the Philippines to manage and follow up with incoming bridal leads and help turn inquiries into appointments and sales.

This is not a cold-calling position and not a general virtual assistant position. You will primarily work with customers who have already expressed interest in an engagement ring, diamond, or custom bridal jewelry.

Responsibilities

- Respond to and follow up with bridal leads from our website, Instagram, social media, text, and other channels
- Build relationships with customers shopping for engagement rings and wedding jewelry
- Schedule virtual and in-store consultations
- Conduct professional virtual bridal consultations when appropriate
- Explain our custom-design process and available options
- Consistently follow up with customers throughout their engagement-ring journey
- Re-engage older bridal leads who have not yet purchased
- Maintain organized customer notes and follow-up activity in our CRM
- Coordinate with our California sales and design team
- Provide a warm, polished and personalized luxury customer experience

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of jewelry sales experience is required.

The ideal candidate will have experience with:
- Engagement rings and bridal jewelry
- Natural and/or lab-grown diamonds
- Fine jewelry sales
- Custom jewelry and the custom-design process
- High-ticket or luxury sales
- Virtual sales and consultations
- Lead follow-up and appointment setting

You must have excellent spoken and written English and be confident communicating with U.S. customers through phone, text, email, Instagram and video appointments.

You should be comfortable discussing diamonds, engagement-ring settings, custom-design options and the overall bridal purchasing process.

Schedule
- You must be available to work during California/Pacific Time business hours.

Compensation
- Competitive base compensation based on experience.

- Applicants without at least two years of jewelry sales experience will not be considered.
- We are looking for someone who is confident, personable, organized, professional and comfortable consistently following up with prospective customers.
