Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and adaptable writer to join our team remotely. In this role, you will research, write, and create engaging content focused on personal finance, insurance (for individuals and businesses), and legacy planning. This is a great opportunity to develop expertise in a valuable niche while working flexibly from home.
Key Responsibilities
• Research and write clear, engaging, and accurate articles, blog posts, guides, and potentially other materials on assigned financial and insurance topics.
• Utilise AI writing tools effectively to brainstorm ideas, generate initial drafts, and refine content, ensuring originality and quality.
• Learn and apply knowledge related to personal wealth accumulation, protection strategies (like various types of insurance), legacy planning, and corporate/business insurance needs.
• Use media creation tools like Canva to design simple, appealing graphics or visuals to accompany written content.
• Proofread and edit your work meticulously for clarity, grammar, spelling, and adherence to our style guidelines.
• Collaborate with the team using online communication tools.
• Manage your time effectively to meet deadlines in a remote setting.
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Proven experience as a writer (a portfolio showcasing writing samples is required).
• Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal).
• Strong willingness and ability to learn and write accurately about potentially complex financial and insurance concepts.
• Comfortable and proficient in using (or quickly learning) AI writing assistance tools.
• Ability to use Canva or similar tools for basic graphic creation.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Self-disciplined, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Stable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment.
Preferred (But Not Required) Skills
• Previous experience writing about finance, insurance, or business topics.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles for content writing.
