???? Key Responsibilities
Social Media Scheduling & Execution
Schedule 4–6 posts per week across platforms using Later or similar tools
Maintain at least 1–2 weeks of content scheduled in advance
Ensure a consistent posting cadence with no gaps
Content Repurposing
Review existing video and photo content to identify reusable assets
Repurpose long-form content into short-form formats (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
Organize and maintain a content library for easy access and reuse
Basic Video Editing
Perform light editing tasks (cutting clips, adding captions, resizing formats)
Optimize content for platform-specific requirements
Ensure brand consistency across all outputs
Client Support (Secondary Responsibility)
Respond to basic client inquiries via
Escalate complex or urgent issues to the Operations Coordinator
Assist with onboarding communication when needed
Content Organization
Maintain a structured file system for all content assets
Tag and categorize content for efficient retrieval

Part-time: 4 hours per day (Monday–Friday)

? Qualifications
1–2+ years of experience in social media management or content support
Basic video editing skills (CapCut, DaVinci Resolve preferred, Premiere, Adobe Express, or similar tools)
Experience with scheduling tools (Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
Strong written communication skills for captions and client responses
Highly organized with the ability to manage content workflows
