Client Success Manager — Matador Solutions

About Us
Matador Solutions is a US-based marketing and technology consulting firm helping local businesses grow through smarter systems, better marketing, and operational clarity. We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Client Success Manager to support our Founder in managing day-to-day operations, client campaigns, and performance reporting — helping keep the business running efficiently and clients happy.

Compensation: PHP 500 – 650 per hour (depending on experience)
Type: Full-time, remote

Role Focus
You’ll play a key role in client communication, campaign management, and overall business coordination.
We’ll provide training and systems to help you succeed — experience is always a plus, but attitude, reliability, and attention to detail matter most.

You’ll handle:
Inbound and outbound sales and onboarding calls (scripts and training provided).

Facebook Ads and Google ---------- campaigns — we’ll train you on setup, optimization, and reporting.
Assisting the Founder with daily operations, scheduling, and task management to keep projects on track.
Overseeing weekly fulfillment and reporting for ads, SEO, and CRM — ensuring insights are accurate, actionable, and easy to understand.
Collaborating with the creative team to test new offers, visuals, and audiences.
Managing GoHighLevel (GHL) CRMs — automations, pipelines, and data hygiene.
Coordinating between clients, designers, developers, and marketing specialists to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Performing quality control on deliverables before they go to clients.
Ideal Candidate

You don’t need decades of experience — we’ll train you on our systems and processes — but you should bring curiosity, consistency, and initiative.

You are:
Organized and proactive — able to manage multiple tasks and clients without losing focus.
Marketing-aware — understand (or eager to learn) digital advertising, reporting, and automation.
A strong communicator — fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Tech-comfortable — experience with tools like GoHighLevel, Meta Ads Manager, Google Drive, or Notion is helpful.
Self-driven — thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys learning new things.

Dual monitors for efficient work
Excellent, natural English communication skills
