JOB OVERVIEW

Virtual CRM, Marketing, SEO & Content Specialist

Primary responsibilities:

Build the prospective-client sales funnel
Organize and maintain the CRM
Develop CRM email and text campaigns
Create automated communications for inquiries, clients, applicants and caregivers
Connect approved CRM workflows with WellSky, forms, surveys and ClickUp
Build client surveys for the first day, first week, 30, 60 and 90 days
Build caregiver onboarding and retention surveys
Track satisfaction, complaints and retention risks
Create SEO blogs addressing family needs
Turn blogs into social posts, emails and Google Business content
Design branded social graphics using realistic licensed or AI-created images
Organize testimonials and obtain publication permission
Request honest Google reviews, testimonials and track responses
Create and post Indeed advertisements
Track leads, conversion rates, reviews, SEO results and recruiting results
Survey management

Proven CRM and workflow-automation experience
Strong marketing writing and natural English
SEO knowledge
Canva and photorealistic AI-image experience

Email-marketing experience
Able to build email drip campaigns and automated surveys
Comfortable documenting every system they build
Ideally familiar with healthcare or another sensitive service industry

Searching for someone highly organized, proactive, detail-driven, and strong in communication and writing, with experience in healthcare, home care, staffing, or executive support. The schedule is 30–40 hours per week in Eastern Time.

WellSky is preferred. Sales lead / CRM referral tracking required. Experience in process and systems automation is a plus.
