JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for someone who is organized and can work with customers. I need someone with experience with a CRM, Quickbooks, email, InDesign, DropBox and Illustrator and managing a workflow.

We are a small publishing company and this person would communicate with customers regarding their newsletters and content and then forward it to the designer. Then take the proof and send to the customer for approval and then prepare it for print and mail.

Also, would work on converting contracts to invoices in our CRM and occasionally entering invoices directly into Quickbooks .

Social media experience a plus!
