We are a rapidly growing DTC deodorant brand seeking four Virtual Assistants for Customer Service roles. Our company is expanding quickly and offers future growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include:
? Respond to all customer inquiries within 24 hours.
? Monitor comments on social media channels.
? Respond to reviews on Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Shopify.
? Respond to chargebacks
All candidates must:
? Have at least 20 hours of availability per week
? Have at least 1 year of experience in a direct-to-consumer ecommerce customer service role.
? Experience using: Shopify, Amazon Seller Central
? Have experience working for DTC ecommerce brands generating at least 7 figures in annual revenue; 8 figures is preferred.
? Be available to work according to MST timezones.
? Be organized, reliable, have a high attention to detail, and be capable of meeting deadlines.
Ideal candidates will have:
? Experience using TikTok Shop Seller Center
? Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
? The ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic environment.
? Motivation to grow with a rapidly expanding DTC brand.
? A winner's mindset.
