Virtual Assistant with Web Development Skills (Wix/Shopify) + Lead Follow-Up

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a hybrid role. You'll contact hot leads and book appointments, build and improve high-converting websites and landing pages, create social media content, and write emails that get opened and answered. If you enjoy variety and take ownership of your work, this role is for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

1. Lead Follow-Up & Appointment Setting
- Call and text hot leads quickly, ideally within minutes of them coming in
- Answer their questions confidently and professionally
- Book qualified appointments directly onto the calendar
- Keep lead notes and statuses updated in our CRM

2. Website Development (Wix & Shopify)
- Build and edit websites on Wix and Shopify
- Add motion and animation (scroll effects, hover effects, transitions) that makes sites feel modern and engaging
- Keep sites mobile-friendly, fast, and clean

3. Landing Pages & Conversion
- Design engaging landing pages that guide visitors toward a form or booking
- Write or adjust headlines, calls-to-action, and page layout to increase sign-ups
- Set up and test forms so every lead is captured correctly

4. Social Media Content
- Create graphics, short videos, and captions for social platforms
- Schedule and publish posts on a consistent calendar

5. Email Marketing
- Write attention-grabbing subject lines and emails that pique curiosity and get replies
- Draft follow-up sequences and promotional emails

REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, neutral accent (required for calling US leads)
- At least 2 years of experience building websites on Wix and/or Shopify
- Portfolio showing live websites or landing pages you built
- Experience with calling, texting, or appointment setting
- Skilled with Canva or similar design tools
- Strong copywriting skills for email and social media
- Reliable internet (minimum 25 Mbps), a backup connection, and a quiet work area
- Self-motivated, organized, and responsive during work hours

NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with GoHighLevel, Klaviyo, or other CRM/email platforms
- Basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript knowledge
- Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
- Experience with US-based clients
