JOB OVERVIEW

Location: Remote (Must be available to work AUSTRALIA – SYDNEY TIME: 11 AM to 9 PM | 1-hour break | 8-hour shift, 5 days/week)?

We are looking for a Sales-Driven Virtual Assistant who is confident, proactive, and fluent in English. If you’re great at turning leads into clients, enjoy talking to people, and can handle digital platforms with ease – this is for you.?

- Sales & Communication Are Key in This Role.?You’ll be the first point of contact for new leads and ongoing client interactions. Your ability to build trust, ask the right questions, and drive bookings will make all the difference.?

- What You’ll Be Doing:
* Respond to and engage leads across platforms:?– Meta (Facebook & Instagram)?– TikTok (comments and messages)?– Emails, Website requests, SMS, WhatsApp
* Convert interest into bookings:?– Proactively follow up with prospects who stopped replying?– Confidently initiate phone calls and messages to encourage action?– Keep our calendar full by filling last-minute cancellations with new leads
* Manage current clients:?– Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments?– Confirm bookings and stay in touch regularly?– Strategically maintain a busy and productive booking flow?

- Tools We Use:
* Mindbody (scheduling system)
* ---------- (lead and client tracking)
* Meta Business Suite, basic CRM tools, spreadsheets?

- Bonus (Nice to Have):
* Simple video editing (e.g., CapCut) to create before-and-after clips using our templates
* Daily support with content posting (Stories, Reels, TikToks)?

- What We’re Looking For:
* Fluent English speaker (verbal and written)
* Strong sales instincts and clear, friendly communication
* Excellent phone etiquette and confidence to drive conversations
* Experience with Meta platforms, CRM tools, or client-facing messaging
* Responsible, self-driven, organized, and fast learner
