JOB OVERVIEW

We are searching for a virtual assistant for a full time opportunity. We will start you at part time, and if you are a good fit, we'll make you full time very quickly. In addition to the typical administrative tasks required by a virtual assistant, you will have an additional sales commission earning opportunity by helping our sales reps with follow up emails and phone calls to potential clients.

We are a notary and apostille service provider. We help clients prepare documents for international use. If you have worked for a notary or apostille/legalization company before, that is a huge plus. If not, no worries, it is not a requirement. As long as you are a diligent worker and fast learner, we will teach you all you you need to know. But if you have worked for a notary/apostille/document preparation company before, please let us know.

The main responsibilities will be:
-Creation of Shipping Labels and tracking shipments (FedEx, DHL, etc.)
-Communicating with clients via phone and email to provide service updates
-Calling into government offices (city clerk, secretary of state, etc.) to confirm details/rules around document processing
-Email Follow Up to close sales (Commission Opportunity)
-Phone Follow Up to close sales (Commission Opportunity)
-Working with Adobe Acrobat to redact information and prepare sample documents

If you have worked with creating labels and tracking shipments with the major couriers (FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc.) that is a big plus, please let us know.

If you have worked in a hybrid customer service position where you also had to upsell or present packages to sell a service, that is also a huge plus. We are looking for a motivated individual who is excited about the additional commission opportunity for helping close potential clients. With this in mind, our recommendation is to put in a lower hourly bid knowing that a significant portion of your income will come from this additional commission.

We will start you at part time to see if we are a good fit. If you are, we will make you full time very quickly.
