JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated Virtual Assistant to join our team and provide essential support across various tasks. The primary focus of this role is accounting work, but you will also assist in other areas such as helping our marketing, social media, and phone teams with various projects that have multiple moving parts.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform basic accounting tasks (bookkeeping, invoicing, data entry, etc.)
Assist marketing, social media, and other departments as needed
Make outbound calls to clients or vendors when necessary
Handle various administrative duties and help keep things organized
Requirements:

Previous experience with accounting (required)
Comfortable on the phone and able to make calls as part of the job
Ability to manage multiple tasks with a high level of organization
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Availability for 20 hours per week (with the potential for more hours)
Daily communication with your manager is essential for success in this role. You must be proactive in asking questions and seeking clarification when needed. People who do not last in this position tend to work blindly without updating their manager or asking for help when unsure.
Starting Pay: $2 per hour
Hours: 20 hours per week, with potential to increase depending on workload
