Location: 100% Remote

Compensation: $400 base + $200 bonus = $600/ Month (Includes performance bonuses and commissions)

Job Overview
We are seeking a fast-learning, highly organized, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant (VA) to work directly alongside a Business Development Representative (BDR) supporting enterprise sales at Unity. In this role, you will assist with operational workflows, AI-assisted lead generation, email copy execution, and research on target accounts.

No prior corporate finance background is required. We will teach you step-by-step how to analyze enterprise documents like 10-K filings, P&L statements, and key business drivers. We are looking for someone with exceptional English skills, high digital fluency, and a strong curiosity to learn sales and financial operations on the job.

All required software, paid web tools, and enterprise subscriptions will be fully covered. This position offers long-term stability and clear promotion opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
AI & Email Operations: Interact with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) to generate, edit, and tailor high-performing outreach emails and prospect communications.

Financial Analysis & Account Research: Learn to review 10-Ks, P&L statements, and financial updates under direct guidance to uncover target business pain points.

Remote Workflow Execution: Connect remotely to the team lead's workstation to execute daily administrative tasks, file management, and sales operations.

Modern App Navigation: Manage contact data, update web dashboards, and navigate modern software interfaces efficiently.

Communication & Coordination: Maintain responsive, real-time communication across assigned tasks and adapt quickly to shifting daily priorities.

Job Requirements & Qualifications
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum 1 year of professional work experience in any field. (Candidates with extended experience are welcome and eligible for the higher pay tier).

Language Skills: Advanced/Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken). Excellent grasp of tone, syntax, and vocabulary for prompt engineering and professional email editing.

App & Tech Literacy: Exceptionally comfortable with modern web interfaces, digital apps, and cloud tools. Able to navigate new software layouts quickly without extensive hand-holding.

Financial Aptitude (Open to Learn): Strong logical thinking, comfort with numbers, and a genuine interest in learning basic corporate finance concepts (10-Ks, P&L reports).

Hardware & Technical Requirements
Candidates must own a personal workstation meeting or exceeding the following specifications to host remote desktop sessions and run modern web tools smoothly:

Processor (CPU): Intel Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 5 (11th Gen / 5000 series+) or Apple Silicon M1+.

Memory (RAM): 16 GB minimum.

Storage: 256 GB SSD (Solid State Drive) with fast read/write speeds.

Operating System: Windows 10/11 or macOS Monterey (or newer).

Internet: High-speed, stable broadband/fiber connection (25+ Mbps) with a power backup solution in place.
