JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for someone who is:
1. Trustworthy, hard working and dedicated
2. Willing to work long term (1 year +)
3. Willing to work Monday to Saturday every week for long hours
4. Flexible to work at a schedule that is required according to current needs, for example sometimes our working hours are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM CET, and sometimes they shift to 4:00 AM to 12:00 PM CET
5. Doesn't crack under pressure, and speaks up. We are a very hard working team, but we also love working together and listening to each other
6. Good with computers and technology, has no issue using platforms like YouTube, Google Drive, Google Sheets, etc.

The main tasks you will begin doing (but not limited to these only):
1. Generating videos with our auto edit system (automated process, but requires attention to detail and patience to ensure necessary revisions to the videos are executed)
2. Scripting (using an AI tool, very automated process)
3. Voiceover generation (using an AI tool, very automated process)
4. Impression tests
5. Full YouTube channel setups
6. Testing new development features of our internal tools

Please note that most things you will be doing will have a recorded SOP describing the process.

The payment is $300/month excluding bonuses (a bonus scheme that can see you earn an additional $50 to $150 a month is also provided). If we start or end working together mid month then it is pro rated ofc.
