About Us
Cassie Nichole Photo (Cassie Nichole Photography) is a growing, fine-art wedding photography brand serving joyful, editorial couples. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support daily operations, social media growth, and client communication.

Who This Role Is For
This role is for someone who:
-Takes initiative and figures things out without being micromanaged
-Is extremely detail-oriented
-Communicates clearly and consistently
-Is fluent in written and spoken English
-Is comfortable following detailed SOPs and training videos
-Is okay doing any task needed to support the business

If you wait to be told what to do or struggle with follow-through, this will not be a good fit.

Role Overview
We are hiring a part-time VA (20 hours per week minimum) to support:
-Instagram engagement + prospecting
-Social media scheduling
-HoneyBook client workflow management
-Inquiry-to-booking support
-Business tracker updates + reporting
-Light administrative tasks

Must be available during U.S. business hours for communication.

Skills Required
-Strong written English (must be fluent)
-Instagram engagement experience
-HoneyBook experience (preferred, not required)
-Google Sheets / Google Drive experience
-Extremely detail-oriented
-Able to follow SOPs closely
-Proactive communicator

Work Schedule
20 hours per week minimum
Available during U.S. business hours
Pay based on experience
