JOB OVERVIEW

Virtual Assistant – Millia London (Ecommerce, Marketing & Operations)

Millia London is a luxury fashion and bridal brand seeking a highly organised and proactive Virtual Assistant to support daily operations, sales, ecommerce, and marketing.

Monthly Salary:
$600–$900 per month initially, depending on experience and hours, with a clear pathway to a full-time role and increased salary within 1–2 months.

This role will begin part-time 20-30 hrs per week, with the intention of growing into a full-time position as the business scales.

Key Responsibilities:
– Managing customer enquiries across email, Instagram, and WhatsApp
– Shopify product uploads, updates, and site management
– Supporting email marketing campaigns (Klaviyo or similar)
– Assisting with Facebook and Instagram ads (basic setup support, monitoring, reporting)
– Supporting Instagram activity including post scheduling, captions, comments, DMs, and general coordination
– Order processing and customer follow-ups
– Managing bridal leads, appointment bookings, and tracking
– General admin and operational support

Requirements:
– Strong written English (essential)
– Proven experience with Shopify
– Experience with Klaviyo or similar email platforms
– Basic understanding of Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads
– Highly organised and detail-oriented
– Able to work independently and follow instructions
– Experience within fashion, luxury, or ecommerce preferred
