I’m looking for a part-time virtual assistant for about 10 hours per week to help support my entertainment business (I am a professional magician).
This is not a super narrow role. I need someone who is organized, proactive, creative, and able to handle a variety of tasks without needing to be micromanaged all day.
A big part of this role will involve working inside HoneyBook, helping me stay on top of leads, follow-ups, organization, and automation. I also want someone who can help with outreach, create clean-looking promotional materials, and put together simple short-form content from photos and videos.
I’m looking for someone who can actually think, use good judgment, and help keep things moving.
Some of the tasks may include:
* Reviewing leads inside HoneyBook
* Checking who has been responded to and who has not
* Helping improve HoneyBook automations and follow-up workflows
* Drafting
* Creating brochures, invoices, and other client-facing materials using my photos, reviews, and business info
* Reaching out to event planners and wedding planners
* Creating reels or short-form social media content from photos and video clips
* Helping with general business support tasks
* Sending regular updates on what was worked on
Requirements:
* Hands-on experience using HoneyBook
* Strong written English
* Organized and detail-oriented
* Comfortable with spreadsheets and simple tracking
* Able to create clean-looking materials using Canva or other design tools
* Able to edit short-form video content for social media
* Able to follow instructions and work independently
* Comfortable using AI tools to assist, but not relying on them blindly
Compensation:
This role is about 10 hours per week to start.
Hourly pay will be discussed, and I’m also open to performance-based bonuses. If your outreach or work directly helps bring in qualified leads, planner relationships, or bookings, there is room to earn more.
