JOB OVERVIEW

Hello,

I am a U.S.-based construction operations consultant building a simple lead-generation system for my business. I am hiring a Filipino VA who is reliable, detail-oriented, honest about their skill level, and able to follow instructions carefully.

This role is part-time to start. I am not looking for someone who wants to “figure it out as they go” without discipline. I need someone who can execute cleanly, stay organized, and communicate clearly.

**What you will help with**

* Build simple landing pages using easy tools
* Set up email opt-in forms and basic automations
* Format PDFs and lead magnets in Canva
* Upload and format content on website and social platforms
* Organize files, links, and simple workflows
* Test pages, forms, and automations to make sure they work properly
* Follow written instructions closely and complete tasks accurately

**Tools you may use**

* MailerLite
* Canva
* Carrd or a similar simple page builder
* Google Docs / Google Drive
* ChatGPT content provided by me

**What I am looking for**

* Strong written English
* High attention to detail
* Ability to follow step-by-step instructions exactly
* Good organization and time management
* Dependable communication
* Willingness to say clearly when you do not know something
* Ability to complete simple technical tasks without creating confusion or extra work

I do not need a strategist, marketer, or someone who says yes to everything. I need someone who can take direction, build simple assets correctly, test their work, and be honest about their current abilities.

If you have only basic experience but you are careful, coachable, and truthful, that is better than pretending to be advanced.

**Nice to have**

* Experience with landing pages
* Experience with email marketing tools
* Experience formatting PDFs or simple lead magnets
* Basic website editing experience
* Experience posting content to social media or blogs

**Hours**
Part-time to start, with the possibility of more work if it is a good fit.

**Pay**
$3–$4 per hour, depending on experience, speed, and accuracy.
