JOB OVERVIEW

I am seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and creative Virtual Assistant to help manage my online dating app presence and assist with Instagram content creation. This is a part-time remote role for someone who is organized, understands modern social media and dating app culture, and can communicate in natural, confident English.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable helping with profile organization, message drafting, content editing, and social media support, while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Dating App Support

Assist with managing and organizing my profiles on:

Bumble

Tinder

Hinge

Raya

Help review matches and organize conversations

Draft natural, engaging, and personalized replies for my review or approval

Track promising matches and conversation progress

Help keep profiles updated with photos, prompts, and bios

Suggest profile improvements to increase match quality and response rates

Maintain organized notes on what is working best across each app

Instagram Content Support

Create and edit Instagram Reels using CapCut

Use photos, videos, and story content provided to make polished short-form content

Help create Instagram Stories from provided media

Organize photo and video content for posting

Suggest captions, text overlays, and content ideas that fit my brand and style

Help maintain a consistent visual and personal brand presence

Qualifications:

Strong written English with natural, human-sounding communication

Familiarity with Bumble, Tinder, Hinge, and Raya

Experience with Instagram content creation and editing

Comfortable using CapCut for Reels and video editing

Good sense of humor, social awareness, and understanding of modern dating and social media culture

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks

Discreet, professional, and respectful with personal information

Reliable internet connection and ability to work consistently each week

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous virtual assistant or social media assistant experience

Experience helping with dating profile optimization

Strong eye for attractive, engaging content and trends on Instagram

Ability to write messages that sound natural and not overly scripted

Compensation:

15 hours per week

$70 per week
