We are looking for a Creative Content Sourcer to fuel our ad production pipeline with a constant flow of inspiration and raw materials. This role is focused on sourcing, organizing, and categorizing competitor ads (static + video), UGC, and inspiration content from across the industry so our creative team can quickly turn it into high-performing ads.
Your job is to find the right content every day, tag it by angles, hooks, and themes, and keep it organized so our designers and editors can use it to generate new creatives for our brand.
Responsibilities
- Search Meta Ad Library, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts daily for competitor ads (static + video), UGC, and brand inspiration.
- Gather static images, video ads, and UGC examples across the supplement, fashion, and lifestyle spaces.
- Organize all sourced content into shared folders with clear categories such as:
- Angle/Hook (problem-solution, lifestyle, transformation, seasonal, etc.)
- Ad Type (UGC, polished video ad, static image, carousel, etc.)
- Brand / Competitor reference.
- Identify trending sounds, editing styles, and ad formats that are gaining traction.
- Deliver daily/weekly content drops to ensure the creative team always has fresh material to pull from.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ad Library, TikTok, and other social platforms.
- Ability to spot ad angles and hooks (e.g., problem/solution, before/after, influencer endorsement, lifestyle aesthetic).
- Highly organized — able to build and maintain structured content libraries that are easy for others to use.
- Eye for what makes a static or video ad engaging.
- Fast, detail-oriented, and proactive in delivering fresh content consistently.
