Virtual Assistant for Content Creator (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, UGC & Brand Deals)

I’m a U.S.-based content creator and TikTok Shop affiliate working with brands in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and pet niches. I’m looking for a long-term, reliable Virtual Assistant to help manage content repurposing, email communication, brand outreach, and light video editing. Candidate must speak fluent/very good English.

This role is perfect for someone who understands social media workflows, creator-brand partnerships, and influencer marketing — not just admin tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Repurposing & Posting- Repurpose TikTok videos to Instagram, Facebook and ---------- . Upload content with optimized captions, relevant hashtags, correct formatting per platform. Follow posting schedules and brand guidelines.

2. Email Management & Brand Communication- Monitor and manage creator email inbox, respond professionally to: Brand inquiries, UGC requests, TikTok Shop & affiliate outreach. Organize emails, follow-ups, and brand conversations.

3. Brand Outreach & Negotiation Support- Send outbound emails to brands for: Paid UGC collaborations, Brand partnerships, TikTok Shop campaigns, Use provided templates (and help refine them). Track outreach, replies, and deal status. Assist with negotiating paid rates (training provided).

4. Content Editing Support- Light video editing for: TikTok Shop videos, Paid brand content, UGC deliverables. Tasks may include: Trimming clips, Adding text overlays, Simple transitions, Captions or subtitles. Tools may include CapCut, Canva, or similar.

Requirements:
-Experience with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)

-Familiarity with UGC / influencer marketing

-Comfortable using email, Google Drive, and spreadsheets

-Strong written and spoken English communication skills

-Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

-Able to follow SOPs and meet deadlines

-Willing to learn and grow with a fast-moving creator brand

-Experience with TikTok Shop

-Experience pitching brands or influencer outreach

Bonus (not required but preferred):
-Experience editing short-form video content

Hours & Pay
Full-time (40 hours/week)

Potential to grow into a long-term role

Competitive hourly pay based on experience

Paid weekly

All access will be managed securely via approved tools

Training, templates, and workflows will be provided
