Virtual Assistant for Adoption Platform (Admin + Client Support + Light Marketing)
ABOUT US: We are a nationwide adoption platform called Adoption For My Child (AFMC). We help connect adoptive families with adoption opportunities through a digital system. Our work is meaningful, fast-paced, and requires professionalism and compassion.
ROLE OVERVIEW: We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage daily operations, communicate with clients, and support our growing platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Respond to
* Upload and manage adoption cases on our platform
* Assist with member onboarding and follow-ups
* Help manage CRM (ActiveCampaign)
* Post scheduled social media content
* Organize files and documents
* Data entry and tracking
REQUIREMENTS:
* Excellent English (written and verbal)
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to follow instructions EXACTLY
* Comfortable handling sensitive/emotional topics
* Experience with CRM systems (preferred)
* Organized and proactive
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must have experience using the following tools:
ActiveCampaign (CRM, tagging, automations,
Freshdesk (handling support tickets, inbox management, client communication)
WordPress (updating pages, uploading content, basic edits)
You should be comfortable:
Managing and responding to customer inquiries through a ticketing system
Updating CRM records, applying tags, and triggering automations
Uploading and formatting content on WordPress websites
Following structured processes and SOPs
