## About Wall Street Prompt

Wall Street Prompt is the world's leading AI education platform for investors. We teach financial professionals—from individual investors to the world's largest asset managers and banks—how to use AI to get an edge in markets.

We're not a typical small business. We're building a category-defining company at the intersection of AI and finance—two of the most consequential forces shaping the next decade. Our clients include some of the biggest names in global finance. Our content reaches hundreds of thousands of professionals. And we're just getting started.

## About the Role

We're hiring a Virtual Assistant to support the founders and help keep the business running smoothly. You'll handle a wide range of tasks—from administrative work like booking travel and managing emails, to executing content SOPs for our social media presence.

This role reports directly to the two founders. You'll be the go-to person for ad hoc tasks and operational support, helping a lean team stay organized and efficient.

We're looking for someone smart, sharp, and adaptable. The nature of this role will evolve as our business needs change—you should thrive in that environment.

## What You'll Own

### Administrative Support

- Book flights, hotels, and travel logistics for the team
- Manage email inboxes, drafting responses and flagging priorities
- Handle scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination
- Manage vendor communications and follow-ups
- Take on ad hoc administrative tasks as they arise

### Content & Social Media (SOP Execution)

- Execute content workflows following our documented SOPs
- Help manage LinkedIn and other social media channels
- Schedule posts, track engagement, and maintain content calendars
- Coordinate with tea ---------- mbers on content production pipelines

### General Support

- Maintain organization in Notion (our system of record)
- Track and follow up on outstanding tasks and action items
- Provide daily async updates to founders on task status
- Anticipate needs and proactively surface issues before they become problems

## What We're Looking For

- Excellent written and verbal English (native or near-native level)
- Proactive mindset—you take initiative and don't wait to be told what to do
- Detail-oriented—you catch errors and follow through on every task
- Tech-savvy—you pick up new tools quickly and aren't intimidated by software
- Fast learner with a great attitude
- Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities
- Available during US timezone business hours

## Tools You'll Use

- Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
- Notion (for task tracking and documentation)
- Travel booking platforms
- Various other tools as needed

## What Success Looks Like

**In your first 30 days:**

- Shadow the founders and understand how the business operates
- Take over email management and scheduling
- Learn our content SOPs and begin executing them
- Handle your first travel bookings and administrative tasks

**In your first 90 days:**

- Founders rarely think about administrative logistics—you've got it handled
- Content SOPs are running smoothly without oversight
- You're anticipating needs and proactively solving problems
- You've become an indispensable part of daily operations
