We are Scaling Edge, an AI-first business development agency based in London. We help ambitious companies grow through paid advertising, AI-powered lead generation, and automation systems. We're growing fast and we need a sharp, reliable VA to work directly alongside our team on live client campaigns and internal operations.
This is not a task-monkey role. We need someone who thinks, communicates clearly, and takes ownership of their work. If you are the kind of person who reads a brief twice before acting, catches your own mistakes before they become problems, and asks the right questions when something is unclear, we want to hear from you.

**What You'll Be Working On**
Day-to-day tasks will vary but will regularly include:
- Supporting live lead generation campaigns (LinkedIn outreach,
- Assisting with social media content scheduling, management, and reporting
- Working inside AI tools to support content creation, research, and workflow automation
- Helping manage and update CRM records (GoHighLevel)
- Supporting Meta Ads Manager tasks (creative uploads, campaign monitoring, basic reporting)
- Administrative and coordination tasks across client accounts
- Light copywriting and content drafting using AI tools and brand guidelines

**Ideal Skills and Experience**
We are not expecting a unicorn. Training will be provided on our internal systems and processes. That said, the stronger your existing foundation, the faster you will hit the ground running.
Highly desirable:
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, Manus, and similar platforms
- Understanding of lead generation principles (outbound, nurture, CRM workflows)
- Familiarity with social media marketing and content systems
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager (even at an entry level)
- Experience using GoHighLevel as a CRM or automation platform

**Logistics**
- Hours: 4 to 6 hours per day (minimum), Monday to Friday
- Timezone: Must have significant overlap with UK hours (GMT/BST)
