JOB OVERVIEW

No advanced editing skills required. Fully documented workflow with SOPs, screenshots and step-by-step instructions provided.

I'm looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help me with a highly structured AI content production workflow for a YouTube channel.

This is NOT an expert editing job.
This is NOT a creative-from-scratch job.
Most of the thinking, setup and creative decisions have already been done.

The entire workflow is already documented step by step, including:

Detailed SOP documents.
Checklists.
Screenshots.
Folder structures.
Ready-made prompt generators.
Ready-made image prompts.
Ready-made video prompts.
Reference projects.
Tool configuration guides.

Your role is mainly to follow the system and execute the process carefully.

The work includes:

Using ChatGPT to generate prompts from templates I provide.
Generating images automatically, using Google Flow + an extension.
Generating videos from selected images using KIE.
Organizing files into predefined folders.
Duplicating and modifying existing CapCut projects following very specific instructions.
Replacing images and videos inside existing projects using newly generated assets.

No advanced editing skills are required. Basic familiarity with CapCut is enough.

You will NOT be creating complex edits from scratch.
You will be working from existing projects that are already built and simply replacing, reorganizing and varying visual assets according to the instructions provided.
The CapCut projects are approximately 90 minutes long each, but the work is not traditional video editing.
The projects already exist.
The task mainly consists of replacing images and videos, following the visual workflow and maintaining variety between projects.
Everything is explained in the documentation.

The final project includes:
10 visual packages of images + videos.
200 images per package.
60 videos per package.
30 CapCut projects.

Before starting the full production, we will first complete small validation stages to make sure everything is correct.

IMPORTANT

The project will begin with a smaller paid milestone before proceeding with the full production.

This initial milestone will include:
1 complete visual package
200 images
60 videos
Project 1.1
Project 1.2

Important:
Project 1.1 and Project 1.2 are not two separate videos.
They are the first and second half of the same complete video.
Each project is approximately 90 minutes long.
Together, Project 1.1 and Project 1.2 form one complete video of approximately 3 hours.

Once this milestone has been reviewed and approved, the remaining production will continue.

The purpose is simply to make sure the workflow, communication and quality standards are aligned before scaling the project.
