JOB OVERVIEW

We require the services of an experienced Virtual Assistant used to working to support various areas of eCommerce store operations and development. This is an amazing opportunity to develop your eCommerce skillset as a key part of our dynamic and supportive team.

Key elements of this role:
• Customer support: answer emails, online chats, telephone customers). This is in relation to the full customer lifecycle (leads, sales, queries, returns)
• Order processing: both customer and supplier side following established processes
• Administration of the above using the Shopify platform
• Product and brand research
• Product image preparation and re-sizing
• Writing product descriptions
• Content creation
• Video editing / production
• Direct sales calls
• B2B lead generation

Pay Rate: Up to US$6.00 per hour depending on experience with the opportunity to increase this based on successful expansion of work tasks. Paid weekly via WISE

Location Preference: remote position (Philippines)
Hours Per Week: Total of 40 (full time)
Core Specific Hours (including 1 hour for breaks taken at your convenience): Monday – Friday covering UK local time 07:00 - 16:00
Philippine Time (When UK on GMT April-October): 15:00 - 24:00
Philippine Time (When UK on BST November-March): 14:00 - 23:00

Weekend Work: No

Required Programmes or Tools:
• Canva or equivalent for image / video creation and editing
• Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets
• Comfortable managing work in Trello or Slack
• Fast and stable internet connection
• Quiet work environment for customer calls

Essential Skills:
• Strong communication skills in UK English (both spoken and written)
• Comfortable answering phone calls and handling customer enquiries
• High attention to detail and accuracy with product data

Training, procedures / checklists will be provided for ongoing development.

Employment will start with a one month trial period to test your suitability.
