Growth Opportunity
This position is designed to grow with performance.
Stage 1 — Trial Period
$150/week base + performance incentives
Stage 2 — Proven Performance
$200/week base + performance incentives
The VA may move into this range after demonstrating consistent appointment production, strong follow-up, reliability, and accurate CRM management.
Stage 3 — Increased Responsibility
$250–$300/week base + performance incentives
As the VA takes on a larger workload, manages more leads, and becomes a trusted part of the sales operation, the guaranteed weekly compensation can increase while performance bonuses remain available.
Important Bonus Guidelines
A qualified appointment show means the prospect attends the scheduled conversation and meets the basic qualification criteria established by the team.
Policy bonuses are paid once the policy has been successfully issued and activated, rather than simply when an application is submitted.
Appointments should always be focused on quality rather than simply filling the calendar.
Performance Expectations
The goal of this position is to create a true win-win compensation structure. The VA receives guaranteed weekly compensation while having significant opportunities to increase earnings based on performance.
Strong performance will be measured by:
Qualified appointments that show up
Policies generated from those appointments
Consistent and professional lead follow-up
Appointment show rate
CRM accuracy and organization
Reliability and communication
The better the VA performs and the more responsibility they are able to successfully handle, the greater their opportunity will be for higher base compensation, bonuses, and long-term growth with the team.
