We're looking for a proactive, detail-focused contractor to support three growing brands in the accommodation and short-term rental space:

This is a varied role where one day you might be cleaning up CRM data, the next you're updating a WordPress page, replying to an attendee enquiry or chasing a speaker for their bio.

What You'll Be Doing:
-Making WordPress and Elementor updates
-Uploading content, images, links and speaker profiles
-Checking websites for broken links, wrong dates and outdated information
-Entering and cleaning CRM records
-Managing spreadsheets, trackers, lists and research
-Reconciling ticket sales, registrations and attendee lists
-Answering enquiries by email and social message
-Helping attendees with tickets, registrations and event questions
-Supporting speakers, sponsors, exhibitors and suppliers
-Organising files and documentation
-Updating Asana and keeping tasks on track
-Writing simple SOPs and checklists as you learn each task
-Spotting messy processes and helping make them better

-Experience with WordPress, Elementor, Google Workspace, Excel, CRM systems, Asana or managing a support inbox is a big plus.

Hours & Pay
Pay is hourly at ₱140 to ₱175.
At full time (approx. 173.33 hours per month)
₱140/hour = approx. ₱24,267/month
₱175/hour = approx. ₱30,333/month

At 20 hours per week (approx. 86.67 hours per month, calculated across the year: 20 × 52 ÷ 12)
₱140/hour = approx. ₱12,133/month
₱175/hour = approx. ₱15,167/month

This role starts at approximately 20 hours per week, with the possibility of increasing as you develop in the role, and based on your other work or our project needs.
Because part of the role is answering enquiries, we'll agree set hours that overlap with the Australian business day. Hours may vary slightly depending on project needs.
