I am seeking a highly organized, proactive Virtual Assistant to help build and support a growing business. This role will begin with creating and launching a professional website and expand into ongoing marketing, outreach, phone/email support, and administrative tasks.
This is a long-term opportunity for the right person who is detail-oriented, communicative, and able to take ownership of projects.
Primary Responsibilities
Phase 1: Website Creation (Immediate Priority)
Build a professional website from a detailed content document provided
Format and design pages cleanly and professionally
Upload copy, images, and structure navigation
Optimize layout for mobile responsiveness
Implement basic SEO (meta descriptions, keywords, page titles)
Set up contact forms and integrations
Ensure site is polished and launch-ready
Phase 2: Marketing & Outreach
Assist with social media setup and scheduling
Execute basic marketing campaigns
Conduct research for partnerships and outreach opportunities
Assist with
Track engagement metrics
Suggest growth opportunities
Phase 3: Administrative & Communication Support
Manage inbox and draft professional
Make and receive phone calls as needed (professional communication required)
Follow up with leads and clients
Organize documents and digital files
Maintain CRM or client tracking systems
Skills Required
Strong written and spoken English
Experience building websites (please provide examples)
Basic understanding of SEO
Marketing experience (social media,
Professional phone communication skills
High attention to detail
Ability to work independently and proactively
Organized and deadline-oriented
Comfortable using tools such as:
Google Workspace
Canva
Email
CRM systems
Preferred (Not Required but Strongly Valued)
Graphic design ability
Copywriting experience
Experience supporting small businesses or entrepreneurs
Experience with lead generation
Experience managing paid ads (Google, Meta)
