This role is ideal for someone who is articulate, confident on video, detail-oriented, and able to explain workflows in a simple, engaging way. Your videos will be used internally for training, onboarding, documentation, and product feedback.
This is not a traditional admin-only VA role — it’s a communication-focused role with real impact across the business.

Position Overview

As a Virtual Assistant (Video Reviews), your primary responsibility will be to record clear, professional video reviews and walkthroughs of Pearl Lemon’s internal tools, platforms, and systems.
You will test tools hands-on, explain how they work, highlight key features, and provide structured feedback. These videos will support internal training, onboarding, documentation, and product improvement.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand each tool and communicate its functionality clearly and accurately.

Core Objectives

Create high-quality video reviews of internal tools
Help internal users understand workflows and use cases
Provide clear, actionable feedback based on real usage
Support onboarding and training through video content

Key Responsibilities

Record video reviews and walkthroughs (screen + voice / camera)
Explain features, workflows, and use cases clearly
Highlight strengths, limitations, and usability insights
Follow structured review guidelines and briefs
Ensure videos are clear, well-paced, and professional
Re-record or revise videos based on feedback
Organise and submit video files on time
Communicate clearly with internal teams

Required Skills & Tools

Strong verbal communication skills
Confidence recording video content

Familiarity with screen-recording tools (e.g. Loom or similar)
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Reliable internet connection

Prior Virtual Assistant, product review, or content experience is helpful but not required.
